My son, the graduate

The Boy passed his GED exam! And except for the math, did very well — he averaged 525 out of 600, and that was with the math pulling it down somewhat. Good enough, apparently, that he can apply for a Hope Scholarship.

The question now becomes: is he ready to take the next step(s)?

  1. Hi FARfetched.

Congrats to The Boy and the Fetched family. One step forward is better than none. Hopefully he's get into a run.

  3. Ditto here! Nice going to the boy. Now to get him to use it. I will keep the good thought for the family.

  4. Thanks, folks. He came by today and looked better than he did last weekend — maybe more rested or something. Healthier. I'm hoping it's a reflection of his mental state.

Comments are welcome, and they don't have to be complimentary. I delete spam on sight, but that's pretty much it for moderation. Long off-topic rants or unconstructive flamage are also candidates for deletion but I haven’t seen any of that so far.

I have comment moderation on for posts over a week old, but that’s so I’ll see them.
