I got this for Mrs. Fetched on Valentine’s Day, and it had three blooms on it then. It has been busy in the last week!
I also got a shot with Clickzilla; it’ll be interesting to see how much detail got picked up on that film thing.

I have comment moderation on for posts over a week old, but that’s so I’ll see them.

Hi FARfetched
ReplyDeleteThat's a great picture, but for some reason, I'm really impressed with the lighting. I don't know why, but to me the lighting sort of set it off.
Hi Family Man, glad you liked it.
ReplyDeleteI used a reflector lamp with a daylight-corrected bulb, held about two or three feet from the plant. That's where a self-timer comes in handy.
I did the same thing with Clickzilla, but that camera has a shutter release cable. I'm looking forward to getting that roll of film developed to see how some of these flower turned out.
I'm w/ FM ... love the lighting and the angle of the flowers. Now, if only I could smell it ... ;)
ReplyDeleteHey O!
ReplyDeleteI'm kind of surprised you can't smell it from there — it's pretty strong in the living room!
Mrs. Fetched was pleased to see me come in with flowers on Valentine's Day, especially this one. She says hyacinths are her favorites.
